In 1991, Vegpro established its own freight forwarding business Freightwings Ltd. Today, Freightwings (FWL) ships c 550 tonnes of vegetables, flowers and third party freight per week on average.

FWL is now one of the leading cargo handling agents in East Africa and last year acquired a state of the art airfreight handling facility at JKIA which increased its handling capacity significantly.
